2. Booking & Payments
Q: How can I book a move?
A: You can request a quote through our website, call us, or email us to arrange a booking.
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?
A: Yes, for moves booked more than 14 days in advance, a reservation deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and cash (by prior arrangement only).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Q: What happens if I need to cancel my move?
A: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the move qualify for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations between 3 and 6 days before the move may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 3 days before the move will result in the full deposit being forfeited.
Q: Can I reschedule my move?
A: Yes, rescheduling requests made at least 7 days before the move are free of charge, subject to availability. Changes made 3-6 days before the move may incur an administrative fee. Requests made less than 3 days before the move may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Moving Day
Q: How long does a move usually take?
A: The duration depends on the size of the move and distance. We provide estimated timeframes when quoting.
Q: Do I need to be present during the move?
A: We recommend that you or an authorized representative be present to oversee the process and confirm that all items are loaded and delivered correctly.
Q: What items cannot be transported?
A: We do not transport hazardous materials (e.g., gas cylinders, chemicals), illegal goods, perishable items, or high-value items like cash and jewelry. A full list is available in our Terms & Conditions.

5. Insurance & Liability
Q: Are my belongings insured during the move?
A: Yes, we provide Goods in Transit Insurance up to £20,000 and Public Liability Insurance up to £1,000,000.
Q: What should I do if something gets damaged during the move?
A: If you notice any damage, report it immediately while our team is still present. Claims made after we have left the premises may not be accepted.
